The Beekeeping Workshop

and

Wildfire Preparedness Workshop have been CANCELED!

East Mountain Residents,
The Bernalillo County Transfer Station has revised their hours again, as of Wednesday, March 18th.

Due to the COVID-19 / Novel Coronavirus outbreak in New Mexico, the BernCo East Mountain Transfer Station is making adjustments to its operations.

These adjustments are designed to minimize the risk of exposure to the COVID-19 virus for all residents.
The East Mountain Transfer Station will be open daily on a restricted schedule, beginning tomorrow, Thursday, March 19, as follows:
  • Sundays – Tuesdays from 1 – 5 p.m.
  • Wednesdays from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Thursdays – Saturdays from 8 a.m. – noon
All operations will be available and open to be accepted. Regular fees apply.

Green waste days are postponed until further notice.

The community’s understanding and cooperation is appreciated during these trying times.

Please note that the free green waste drop off dates have been postponed, but the Transfer Station is accepting green waste during their open hours, but it will charged at their normal rates.
